WILLIAM L. WOOD, JR., graduated from Brown University with a B.A. degree in 1962 and from Yale University School of Law with a J.D. degree in 1965.

As Executive Director of the New York State Office of Professional Discipline (OPD), Mr. Wood was in charge of the agency that investigated and prosecuted cases of professional misconduct against all those licensed to practice a profession by the New York State Board of Regents.
